I spent a few hours walking around Vegas - walked through Ceasar’s, Harrah’s, the Flamingo, Bally’s, Paris, and a couple others… amazing how each place is designed to be quite maze-like; just massive. As comfortable as I am at the Rio, I’m definitely staying somewhere new next time. There are tons of great alternatives. I’ll say this though… if the main floors don’t have high ceilings, I can’t hang out there. A few of the places I went were simply oppressive, like the ceiling was pressing down on you.
